As we start to emerge out of the cooler months in Melbourne, we gather indoors in a beautiful cosy space. A warm and welcoming sanctuary where you are invited to finally exhale… to soften your nervous system, refill your cup, and allow yourself to receive in the grounding energy, and comfort, for deep restoration.

This is more than just an event.
It is a sacred pause from the noise of life.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Ceremonial cacao

• Guided meditation and visualisation

WHAT TO BRING: (Wooden Floor Boards)

• Yoga mat (and extra padding see below)

• A thin inflatable camp bed for extra comfort (Kmart)

• Blanket or sleeping bag, and pillow for extra comfort

• Eye mask

• Journal and pen

• Water bottle

• Comfortable warm clothing

• Any personal sacred items or crystals

As the venue has wooden floors, we recommend bringing padding for comfort, as you will be lying down for approximately 90 minutes. You may wish to bring a yoga mat, foam underlay, cushions, or even a camp air bed.

This is your time to truly nurture yourself, so come prepared with comfortable clothing, blankets, pillows, and anything that supports your relaxation. We find those who prioritise their comfort tend to have the deepest and most restorative experience.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Fasting or arriving with a lighter breakfast or light meal beforehand is recommended

• Avoid coffee, sugar, or black tea to help your energy flow freely

• This experience is for ages 18+ and both men and women are warmly welcome

AnSaRA through Breakthrough Coaching and Chakra Energy Healing, she supports participants in reconnecting with their life force, embracing the present moment to experience inner stillness.

SAnaMEAA a Holistic Health Coach and Energy Healer, who loves helping others create a fulfilling life. With a strong focus on self-care and self-love, she draws deep healing from the outdoors, embracing nature as powerful medicine.

Together, we hold sacred space for you to fully surrender, recharge, and remember your inner strength. We are the weavers of ceremony, astrology, nature, and energy healing techniques, guiding transformative experiences that leave you grounded, renewed, and aligned.
