Circle dancing - 6 week program 

Circle dancing is back due to popular demand! This style of dance is a

wonderful way to exercise the body, mind and spirit. The steps are relatively easy to learn – such as walking, swaying, rocking, stamping, step touch, slip-step, and grapevines. You will dance to a variety of uplifting tempos from around the world, including lullabies, jigs, Brazilian beats, traditional folk, medieval, classical, rock-n-roll, country, gospel and jazz. Participants
need to be able to stand unaided, fit enough for gentle to medium paced exercise and follow instructions easily.
