These specific Qigong practices allow your body & energy channels to open so Qi flow can start freeing blocked areas. Your body starts to remove substances such as waste material & toxins. On the energetic level it starts to expel stagnated or pathogenic Qi, and release blockages produced by physical, mental & emotional tensions.
