Spring Creek Day Retreat
Description
We warmly welcome you to join the Great Ocean Path Sangha for a day of meditation, movement, stretching, resting and planting.
Our passionate community continues to regenerate and tend to Spring Creek Valley, a diverse and treasured land feature in our very own backyard.
We will practice reciprocity with the land and community as we mindfully care for Country, weeding and planting, preparing a patch of land for hundreds of native Poa grass. In doing so, we care for self.
Where: Wadawurrung Country/Ashmore Arts, Torquay and the wider Spring Creek Valley surrounds.
When: Sunday 23rd August 8am-3.30pm approx.
Cost: Sliding Scale: $20 -$40** (this will cover the costs of the venue for yoga and meditation offerings, as well as refreshments on the day) .
Please bring: Hat, sunscreen, BYO light lunch and mug*, working clothes, stretching clothes, gardening gloves and weeding tool/screw driver (if you have them).
*There will be some light refreshments on the day, some fruit, baked treats, pot of chai on the boil as well as tea and coffee.
