Inge Van Winkel and Lisa Clarke invite you for a day of dance, connection and celebration of being alive in our bodies.

LINE UP;

10am Welcome

10.15 - 11.45am Commercial Dance Class with Lisa.

Expect; Feel good, follow along choreography

vibing out to all the tunes you love.

12pm - 1pm Lunch.

Bring a plate to share!

1pm - 2.30pm Contemporary + World Dance Class with Inge.

Expect; Soft flow, fun hips,

energising grooves and moves.

2.45pm - 3.15pm Cool down and long rest.

Tea, coffee + snack station included throughout the day.

And if you need a break, take it - there is no pressure.

Beginner friendly - this is all about having fun! Zero performance.

Bring a friend, or come solo - the room will be warm, friendly and inclusive. And if you do not feel like socialising over lunch, take your plate outside in the sunshine to find a patch of grass to roll out on to.
