The Spring Equinox marks this moment of balance - equal light and darkness - and offers us an opportunity to pause, reflect and consciously choose what we wish to cultivate in the season ahead.

Nature doesn’t rush her becoming. She simply responds to the light, softens into the warmth and blooms in her time. This intimate 2-hour seasonal sanctuary invites you to do the same.

Time to slow down, reconnect with your body and breath.

Space to honour the season you’ve been through and the wisdom you’ve uncovered.

Room to gently open towards what is beginning to emerge.

Come rest in the stillness between seasons, listen inward and make space for something new. Leave feeling grounded, restored, gently awakened and ready to bloom in your own time.

All levels welcome -no previous yoga experience required.

We welcome you exactly as you are.

Props provided: Bolsters, blankets, blocks, cushions & eye pillows.

Bring your own: Yoga Mat, journal and water bottle. Anything else that makes you feel comfortable.
