WELCOME to the Spring Equinox Gathering!

Spring, a season of renewal and transformation, brings forth a vibrant tapestry of life. As winter’s grip loosens, nature awakens with blossoms and buds, painting landscapes in soft pastels and vivid hues. The air is imbued with a sense of anticipation and hope, as animals emerge from hibernation and birdsong fills the skies. With longer days and milder temperatures, people venture outdoors to bask in the gentle warmth of the sun. Spring symbolizes new beginnings, growth, and the promise of beauty after the dormancy of winter.

An enlightening workshop for the Spring Equinox, commencing with a welcoming ceremony that sets the tone for a transformative experience. The itinerary includes a womb meditation, harnessing the energy of rebirth and growth. A sound healing session providing a harmonious journey for participants to connect with their inner selves. The fire ceremony symbolizes release and renewal, followed by a meaningful sharing session. Nourishing soul food replenishes both body and spirit. The closing ceremony concludes the workshop, leaving attendees with a sense of rejuvenation and connection to the changing season.

Please arrive by 2:45pm to give everyone time to find their space and settle in for a 3pm start

Please bring:
• A letter or something written that you wish to burn & release in the fire ceremony.
• A yoga mat, blanket, cushion and whatever else you may require for your comfort.
• A journal & pen.
• A water bottle.
