The Spring Equinox is a rare and potent pause point, the moment when light and dark stand in perfect balance and the season begins its gentle turn toward light. Join us in the Osmosis gardens, on the bank of Salmon Creek, for a grounding, heart-opening meditation. This community gathering is a chance to reflect, reset, and call in greater balance for ourselves and the world around us.

Guided by Freestone local Shivani Hawkins, meditation teacher, artist, and founder of Land of the Good, this experience weaves ancient yogic wisdom with accessible, modern contemplative practice.

Optional add-on at 9:00am: Begin your morning with a group cedar enzyme footbath after the ritual, a warming, grounding way to integrate your experience.

Meditation only: $10
Meditation + Group Footbath: $25
Footbath tickets are limited.

Come as you are. Leave feeling more centered, connected, and ready for the season ahead.
