For many of us, winter has felt long and lonely.

Thankfully, the seasons of nature continue to change and invite us also, to do so.

Spring is the perfect time for new beginnings - whether they be in our relationships, our creative life, our career or home. If you've been feeling the first stirrings of something that wants to change, shift, emerge or grow, join our gentle group space and explore it safely and more deeply.

This Spring Equinox Retreat offers the time, space and support for you to:

reconnect with yourself
reflect on your feelings, thoughts and emotions
review where you are at and what is no longer needed
re-establish a new vision for what you would love to create going forward

In our retreat, I will be leading us through a series of gentle activities including enquiry, guided meditation and conversation. You do not need to be proficient in any of these as I will facilitate each activity.

We will have regular small breaks throughout the afternoon to rest and refresh, but it is important to carve out the space and time and treat this as a sacred retreat space - just like you would it if you were at an in-person event.

Who am I? I'm Chandu. I'm a mentor, coach, facilitator, educator and guide and I've been leading groups and supporting women to clarify and step courageously towards their dreams for almost 20 years. My love is in developing and sharing life-changing programs and tools that support people to make changes in both their personal and professional lives. I'm a writer, a speaker, a nature lover and mum.
