"Gently guiding you back home to your heart” - Rebirthing Breathwork & Sound Journey with Em

This workshop is perfect for those who are truly seeking significant changes in their lives. By combining the incredible power of Rebirthing Breathwork and Sound, this process will not only deeply relax you but also bring about transformation. It works by clearing away energy blocks, stress, old traumas, emotional patterns, pain, and limiting beliefs, among other things. The ultimate outcome is the restoration of peace, harmony, and balance in your body, mind, soul, and heart.

With Rebirthing Breathwork, we get to embrace and flow with the natural rhythm of our breath. Rebirthing Breathwork promotes a gentle and allowing approach. By emphasising gentleness and the natural flow of our breath, we can establish a stronger connection with our inner selves. This practice helps us release energy blockages, gain valuable insights, and attain a deeper level of understanding.

The breathing rhythm literally gently pulls you in to a deep meditative state of relaxation, an “altered state of consciousness” where the conscious mind or “Ego” loosens it’s grip and you reach deeper parts of your consciousness where the true answers lie and where energy blocks can be accessed and released.

I trained in Rebirthing Breathwork in November 2022 with Daniel Coates “Suntara” and his wife Rosarmy, and I can honestly say this style of breathwork has changed my life as a whole.

Since my training I have facilitated over 200 sessions combined between 1:1 and groups. I have also had the privilege of assisting “Suntara” regularly on his Breathwork & Sound Healing events in Australia and in Bali at his 7 day Breathwork Facilitator trainings.

Once I have guided you into the breathing rhythm and you are already well on the way to the deep meditative state. Throughout the session I will incorporate Sound Healing using a number of instruments.

NOTE: Breathwork is a deeply transformative process and your safety is of highest priority, therefore there are some contraindications which would not allow for your participation in the Rebirthing Breathwork Journey.

These are: Diagnosed Severe PTSD, Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis), Epilepsy,

Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, spiritual emergence within the past 3 years

Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving intense emotional release.
