Join Adriarne, of Earth Rituals, and Chloe, of Hummingbird Ink Studio, for a rejuvenating online afternoon retreat to honour yourself and the Spring Equinox.

The Spring Equinox occurs when day and night are of equal length and marks the point when our days begin to be filled with more light than darkness. It's a time when our vitality and creative energies increase & we welcome new beginnings to our dreams and path towards the Summer Solstice.

BUILD YOUR OWN RETREAT! You have the option to join the first session (Cacao Meditation); the second session (Mindful Mandala Drawing) or join both!

We begin the afternoon retreat with a cacao and meditation session facilitated by Adriarne to assist us dropping in to our hearts and out of our heads. If you do not have cacao, please contact us to support you in organising some.

We will have a short break to reset, get something to eat and prepare for the second session.

Our second session will begin with Chloe facilitating us by connecting in to our inner creativity and expression with a mindful mandala drawing session.

Come join us as we help guide you in to these lighter and brighter months and support you in these times of release through creation, connection and vitality.

Online Afternoon Retreat Overview:
1.00pm - Welcome, Introduction and Cacao Meditation (facilitated by Adriarne)

2.30pm - Welcome, Meditation and Mindful Mandala Drawing (facilitated by Chloe)
4.00pm - Reflection & Wrap-up
4.15pm - Conclusion

This event is DONATION based. We recommend the following donation amounts:
- 1 session: $20
- Both sessions: $40
- If you are unable to donate, please join for free
- We welcome any donation amount outside of our recommendation

This retreat is open to anyone to join. No prior experience with cacao/meditation/drawing required.
