SATTVA SOUL SPRING EQUINOX RETREAT - IT'S TIME TO SHIFT THE ENERGY!

Spring is finally approaching and as winter comes to the end of its cycle it's time to shift the energy of the last few months of hibernation, shake off the cobwebs and reset our energy. This retreat is a way of focusing on what energy we would like to cultivate for the remainder of the year, reflecting on the year that has been, and resetting for what we would like to consciously create going forward.

Our stunning venue is only 30 minutes from the Auckland CBD at the stunning Kula wellness space, where you will be immersed in nature while overlooking the ocean, surrounded by beautiful like-minded women. We can't wait to welcome you to this beautiful space!

ON THE DAY-

10-11.30AM - YOGA & SOUND HEALING WITH CELINE

First, we will start with a gentle heart opening 60-minute yoga flow, followed by a deeply relaxing 30 minute guided chakra meditation with sound bowls. The class's opening vinyasa section will warm you up, while the mediation part will be deeply relaxing, leaving you feeling grounded and reset for the day ahead.

Please note: (This is suitable for all levels of experience. We will also provide luxury mats, but you are welcome to bring your mat to use if you prefer.)

11.30-12.30 PM - LIFE BALANCE WORKSHOP WITH CELINE

A 60 minute interactive workshop on 'Life Balance' where you reflect on your journey of this year and where you want to go from here. An inspirational and fun way to create tangible steps with a road map toward what you would like to create and how to get there in a easy and interactive way that will leave you feeling inspired and excited about the months ahead.

12.30-1PM - CACAO AND INTENTION SETTING WITH LOREN AND CELINE

Cacao ceremonies are an ancient Mayan ritual of gathering together and drinking ceremonial cacao, a raw form of chocolate. Used as a way to connect with oneself, others and the natural world. This cacao ceremony will be a warm heart opening ceremony with intention setting, and sharing thoughts and emotions in a group setting (this is optional.)

Cacao is believed to be the 'bliss molecule' with health benefits that facilitate openness and connection leaving you feeling open and connected. The perfect way to lead into our private and nourishing breath-work journey for the afternoon.

1-2PM - BREATHWORK CEREMONY WITH LOREN HONEY

To close out the day, we want to help you ground your intentions from the goal setting workshop into your body, so we will ease you into the afternoon with a gentle breath-work ceremony focusing on releasing negative emotions trapped in the body with breath-work and then shifting into visualising and calling in what you want to create for the year.

Loren will guide our goddesses through a 60 minute breath healing session tapping into healing your parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest.) Helping you to leave the day feeling totally blissed out and deeply relaxed!

(This breathwork is sutiable for beginners and those who have not attended a breathwork ceremony before.)

2-2.30PM - PLANT BASED LUNCH

A delicious light lunch will be served that you can enjoy in the gardens over looking the ocean while relaxing on bean bags while you reflect on your journey. Plant based options will be available, accompanied by delicious bliss balls, antipodes water and health tonics. The perfect way to end a day of magic, leaving you renewed and reenergised!
