🌟 We begin in circle around our Spring ALTAR, with breath medicine, guided meditation for our CACAO ritual, a smudging opening invocation to guide us into a somatic, ecstatic DANCE journey, we rest and gather into a Sister CIRCLE all lead by Marnie. We pause and connect over lunch, then circle and sing our hearts out in our SONG CIRCLE lead by Zarn.

🌟 MARNIE DEVI HUDSON - dance, yoga, meditation, ritual, elemental embodiment, dance, personal transformation, conscious awakening, is my way of life! It was through the transformative and liberating nature of Ecstatic Dance, that I discovered an authentic, heart-centred awakening. In 2014, Marnie completed her teacher training with Malaika Darville to facilitate 5 ELEMENTS DANCE. Soon after Medicine Dance was born. Ever since, she has been holding Medicine Dance and her divine offerings on local dance floors and at private retreats.

MEDICINE DANCE is a moving dynamic meditation, an ecstatic, somatic dance journey guided by the elements of nature, the elements in ourselves, the elements of life... and our interconnection with it ALL. Marnie will intuitively guide you, accompanied by an awesome musical soundscape along with the collective energy of the group, for a deeply felt, releasing, liberating, expansive, transformational, healing and connective dance experience.

Mid 2020, Marnie turned her practice to an ALL Women's Sanctuary. With select themes to explore and additional guest co-creators, the full experience offers an opening for a deeper, more wholesome experience. Medicine Dance Sanctuary creates an opportunity for a rich, deeply connected sisterhood to flourish.

Mid 2022, Marnie trained to learn the sacred alchemy of the medicinal magic of CACAO ~ heart medicine. Bringing in another element of awakening, transformation and healing to the Medicine Dance Sanctuary.

In this way Dance is healing because just as riverbeds are shaped by the water that moves through them, we humans are shaped by the feelings and experiences that move through us.

As we begin to explore allowing feeling to move through us - we demystify feeling and restore it to the body’s natural ability to have sensation and to use this ability to fully experience life. 

Our bodies are designed to feel and if we have lost touch with this embodied dancing is a profound way to restore this capacity.

It is a journey of arriving in the body and entering the stream of movement.. 

Elemental Embodiment is a way of Being connected and receiving all the medicine and wisdom of the elements and to deeply feel the body as a temple space for that life force energy to flow through. We are blessed with the grace and magic of songweaver Zarn, she will guide us to liberate our voice and spirit with easy to follow MEDICINE SONGS. Zarn is a gifted singer, with a voice that soars from powerhouse to angelic. She is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner with a passion for the healing arts, sound, music and kirtan. It's always a beautiful, moving experience to immerse in the sacred sounds of Zarn's healing musical instruments and voice.
