Spring Equinox Sound of Yin

Come and join us for a restful and soul soothing evening of yin yoga and sound bath on Friday 22 September as we celebrate the Spring Equinox together.

Source88 and I will join our forces again so we can welcome in light and embrace the rejuvenating energy of the changing season.

Enjoy the harmonious combination of deep and meditative yin yoga while being carried away by the relaxing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, crystal pyramids, a Gong and vocal tones.

In our deliciously slow yin yoga we will focus on gallbladder and liver meridians, which are associated with the spring season in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Yin yoga helps to release any stagnant energy and support the smooth flow of qi (life force) throughout the body. This practice will not only nourish your physical body but also foster emotional and mental harmony, allowing you to fully embrace the transformative power of the equinox.

We will integrate our practice in a long savasana bathing in the crystal sounds that transport us into a state of deep relaxation, calm and stress reduction in body and mind.

No previous experience is required. Everyone is welcome to join us in this soul-nourishing evening.

Bring your yoga mat, blocks, bolster, a cozy blanket, water bottle and an open heart, as we welcome in Spring.
