SPRING EQUINOX WORKSHOP

Divine Feminine Dance, Healing and Sacred Circle Share, Flower Crown making

This is fun, joyful workshop to bring movement and dance into your body.

An open heart and mind is required to attend this sacred space, no previous experience needed.

Qoya inspired movement, dance mixed with yoga with a gentle meditation at the end.

We are making flower crowns, please bring any flowers or greenery thats in bloom in your garden.

This group session is only open to Women.

Its super fun and supports your mind, body and soul. 

Carve this time out for yourself, no children please. 

What to bring:

- Drinking water

- Light, comfortable clothes and something warm to wear later if its a cool day.

- Yoga mat/something to lie on for the meditation.

- Flowers, greenery, anything beautiful that you wish to contribute toward the making of a flower crown.
