Spring Equinox Yin and Sound Evening

A nourishing evening involving yin yoga, a sound bath and sharing circle in honour of the Spring Equinox, a time of renewal and abundance. The sound bath will feature gongs, crystal and Himalayan bowls, percussion and other sound healing instruments. Tea and snacks provided.

Please bring water, blanket, pillow, yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. Yoga mats and props are available to borrow at the studio if required.

Please note: two pricing options to book. Please select what suits you best. Due to increased cost of living, it has been a dilemma whether to increase prices while not wanting to make the cost out of reach, so I thought I would try this new pricing option out.
