Spring Farm Tour Winderong Farm
Event description
Winderong Farm is radiating spring with flowering plants, buzzing bees, chicken's laying, lots of planting in the garden, and our new Jersey calf, Minnie!
Connect, learn, and get inspired with us as we explore our permaculture garden, native windbreak, and hugelkultur (hugel mound) planting system. Don't expect manicured beds and cleared pathways, we're building diverse and resilient ecosystems overflowing with life and food for all!
We'll walk you through our calf at foot dairying, sharing how we steward our cows with ethical and regenerative integrity, and the ways we process our dairy on site for the community!

Location: Winderong Farm, Upper Kangaroo River
Cost: $30 adults, $15 children (children must be accompanied by an adult)
Morning Tea included

About Us:
Winderong Farm is an experimental project encompassing permaculture, regenerative agriculture, bush regeneration, sustainability and communal living. Our farm is set on 810 acres of stunning wilderness and farmland in beautiful Dharawal country, Kangaroo Valley. Our growing community consists of around 12-15 full-time residents, as well as local employees and a host of beautiful and much-loved farm animals and wildlife. We aim to embody the permaculture principle of “we are nature working” and develop a deep understanding and respect for the land we steward, all the while aiming to regenerate the earth and learn from her and each other.
