Come gather , connect ,learn and move with us as we celebrate coming out of Winter and into SPRING!

Our picturesque venue, nestled between an estuary and the ocean is the perfect location to kick off your shoes and ground down for a day that is sure to nourish all senses. 

This is a family friendly and alcohol free event, kids under 12 are free! 

Tickets include ALL workshops and live music throughout the day and into the evening . 

There will also be an array of food trucks , market stalls , massage etc so make sure you bring some extra cash !
