Spring Fling Spirits Festival

After the unforgettable success of Stills In The Hills last June, we’re bringing it back—bigger, brighter, and even more delicious! This time, we’re expanding beyond whisky to showcase an incredible lineup of clear spirits and liqueurs. Think refreshing gins, zesty limoncellos, bold amaros, vibrant aperitifs… and yes, plenty of whisky too.

Every ticket includes a branded tasting glass to keep, and with 20 outstanding producers locked in (each bringing a range of creations), you’ll have the chance to explore around 80 unique spirits across an unhurried 3.5-hour tasting session.

To keep you fueled, you’ll find a generous grazing table included in your ticket, plus our kitchen firing up the BBQ, with hot snacks for when you need something heartier.

Add in live acoustic tunes on the balcony, the fresh energy of spring, and easy bus transfers from Adelaide via Stirling, and you’ve got the makings of a day that promises flavour, music, and the very best of South Australia’s craft spirit scene.

Event Highlights
