A Spring Flow for Breath Lab, with cleansing breathwork techniques and somatic practices. This workshop is a "spring detox" to let go of chronic stress, manage anxiety and feeling relaxed yet rejuvenated overall.

FOCUS on nervous system regulation, safety and buidling resilience. Our approach is trauma-informed, there is no forcing or pushing.

EXPLORE various breathwork and somatic techniques, we use the breather's own rhythm & body movements to release stored stress and emotions. You will go home with practical tools to use daily.

VENUE: Entering the serene gardens of 1770 Getaway Villas is part of the luxirious experience! We practice at the undercover deck next to the lily pond & tropical gardens. Guests are welcome to enjoy the beautiful gardens.

WHAT to bring? yoga mat, blanket, pillow or cushion, water bottle, comfortable clothes.
