SPRING EQUINOX 🌸
the weather is warming, the flowers are blossoming, and if you take notice you’ll spot the dragonflies coming out to play.
as we welcome the seasonal shift toward spring, we recognise this as a significant time of new life and new beginnings.
we honour this change by gathering in community under the trees of Gunnamatta Park for rituals, practices, and self-expression.
be held by the land, and the women that surround you, as we tap into our true needs and desires this coming season.
our time together includes:
- sound
- grounding practice
- breathing exercise
- gentle movement
- intention setting
- journalling
- crafting
- iced tea and seasonal snacks
- guided meditation
- rest
our crafting activity will involve creating your own earth alter. if you are joining us, please begin foraging for pieces in nature that grab your attention - shells, rocks, sticks, flowers, leaves, plants, feathers. it’s all welcome.
