Discover the wild food growing right under your feet. Join us for a guided walk through the gardens at the SLC and beyond, where we’ll identify common edible weeds and explore their health benefits.
Spring is a powerful time for these plants—many act as natural cleansers and tonics, supporting our bodies after the winter months. You’ll learn how to recognise, harvest, and use these herbs safely, along with tips for incorporating them into your meals or herbal remedies.
Come prepared for gentle walking, curiosity, and a fresh look at the “weeds” you might never see the same way again.
