Weaving together yoga, pranayama, reflection, and a craft project.
This structure balances physical yoga, inner reflection, and hands-on creativity.

Exploring the idea of light—inner light, clarity, awareness, and joy. You will journey through practices that help release heaviness, open the body and mind, and create a sense of radiance to move from winter to spring.
