ABOUT THIS EVENING

After weeks of travel, movement and change, sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is not leap forward but land.

This intimate evening marks the reopening of Awaken Studio and our first gathering of the new season. It is designed as a gentle homecoming; for your body, your energy field and your community.

We are in the heart of spring in Aotearoa. Nature is opening. The light is returning.

Under the energy of the waning moon, this is the perfect moment to release what this season has moved in you, integrate who you have become, and create space before the next chapter unfolds.

The Evening Journey:

🧘 Grounding meditation and cacao Ceremony (returning home to the body)

✍️ Intuitive writing: "What has this season revealed in me?"

🌙 Waning moon liberation ritual: releasing what is complete

🔔 Immersive sound healing journey

💛 Energetic integration & intention setting for the season ahead

🤍 Closing sharing circle

WHAT MAKES THIS EVENING SPECIAL

This is not a workshop. This is not a class. This is a reunion with your community, with your body, and with the version of yourself that has quietly been shifting beneath the surface.

Three things make this gathering unique:

The timing is everything. The waning moon on the eve of the last quarter is one of the most potent energetic windows for release and integration.

It is deeply intimate. With only 7 spaces, this is a circle, not an event. Every person in the room is held, seen and part of the collective field we create together. The smaller the circle, the deeper the journey.

It bridges the inner and the outer. The sound healing journey is immersive and full-body designed not just to relax, but to move what is stuck, anchor what is new, and leave you genuinely lighter than when you walked in.

Come as you are. Leave as more of yourself.
