You'll stay in delightful, spacious and tastefully appointed rooms, be treated to hearty vegetarian meals and enjoy a program of user-friendly meditation, mindfulness and movement practices.
You'll even be able to explore private nature trails, take a refreshing swim in the creek or dam and pick the fresh fruit growing on the property.

The quiet location makes it the ideal place to reset and rest. And with exclusive access to the entire property and all its facilities, including a magnesium pool, infrared sauna, odin ice bath and two outdoor showers you'll be spoilt for choice.

The retreat provides you with a chance to get away so that you can relax away from the usual pressures of work and life. You'll get the opportunity to recharge and reflect, to deepen or develop your meditation and yoga practices and to enjoy the company of like-minded folks.

If you’ve never been on a meditation retreat before, this is a great place to start — and if you are new to meditation and mindfulness you’ll be gently eased into the practice with simple, user-friendly techniques and expert instruction. The atmosphere will be friendly and light-hearted, and the schedule allows plenty of time for rest, reading, naps, a dip in the pool or a stroll along one of various easy nature trails.

For more experienced practitioners there will be talks and discussions on a variety of topics customised to your needs.

MEALS

Three hearty vegetarian meals are provided each day, along with a variety of teas and coffee. We can cater for those with special dietary needs, including those requiring vegan or gluten, wheat and dairy-free meals.

WHAT TO EXPECT

On retreat there will be meditation and deep relaxation sessions, mindful movement practices, as well as talks and group discussion. Free time will be available for you to walk, read or do as you please.

Note that outside of the talks and group discussions the retreat is conducted in silence. This doesn’t mean that you can’t talk; but it does mean that you are encouraged to respect the wishes of other participants for quiet (especially in and around the dorm rooms, within the meditation hall and in the dining area and kitchen).

GETTING THERE

Wybalena Organic Farm is at 789 The Pocket Rd, The Pocket, NSW 2483.

You will need to arrange flights to and from the Gold Coast Airport.

A shuttle bus to and from Gold Coast Airport has been arranged (at no extra charge to you):

Shuttle bus to the retreat centre will depart Gold Coast Airport at 2pm on Sunday 7th of September 2025.
Shuttle bus will arrive at Gold Coast Airport around 11am for departing flights on Friday 12th of September 2025.

Scheduled flight times need to be coordinated accordingly to these times.

REGISTRATION / BOOKINGS

* Prices are per person and include food, accommodation, fees for tuition and charter bus to and from Gold Coast airport. (Flights not included).

To register for the retreat simply pay the required $250 deposit.

Once the deposit has been received we will email you to arrange the details of your booking, at which time you can choose your accommodation and let us know about your dietary requirements.
