    SPRING INTO WELLBEING

    An Inspiring Programme of Workshops for EVERYONE, so you can “Get Ready to Thrive”

    There are workshops and demonstrations in the Weaving Wisdom Room, The Soul Tent, The Peace Talks Tent, The Ferment Kitchen & Global Thrive Boutique

    ALL DAY PASS TO EVENTS is $5-$20.*

    THE WEAVING WISDOM ROOM:
    SESSION 1: 10-11am:
    Home Fermentation - Simple and Delicious!
    Geraldine from The Ferment Kitchen will demonstrate how to make sauerkraut, kimchi and zingy brine pickles plus delicious fermented mustard. Come and enjoy the taste testers and leave feeling confident and inspired to create fermented superfoods in your own home.

    *This is a TICKETED event. This workshop costs $20. Pre-registration is essential. Price includes ALL DAY PASS to other events * Except the Peace Talks Tent Events .

    SESSION 2: 11.30 – 12.30:
    Your Thriving Mind, Body & Soul. Five Inspiring 10min Talks

    - Thriving Relationships with Non-Violent Communication (NVC) with Sally Prebble and Jorinde Rapsey from Peace Talks. An introduction to transforming Judgement, Triggers and Blame into Pathways to Connection.
    - Medicine from your Garden. Dr. Sophie Feberey shares three wild and readily available plants that support and heal common ailments and conditions.

    - Dare to Rest. Kate Watkinson from Thrive in Light reveals how to harness the undervalued power of rest for your well-BEING. - -  Stop Trying. Start Thriving! How to effortlessly start creating the life you desire with Katie Oliver from Natural Beginnings.

    SESSION 3: 1 – 2pm:
    Holistic WellBeing – taking care of all aspects of Health. Four Inspiring 10minTalks

    • Harness the Power of Breathing. Could dysfunctional breathing patterns be contributing to your state of health? Physiotherapist and Bradcliff breathing practitioner Anna Rankin will show you how breathing better can improve wellbeing.
    • Medicine from Your Kitchen – Doctor Sophie Feberey will discuss a variety of medicinal uses of ginger, garlic and chamomile.
    • The Human User Guide – How to use our biological rhythms to inform our self care practices with Chayse Leith, Master of Applied Health Science.
    • What’s REALLY in your way? It’s not what you think it is! Katie Oliver from Natural Beginnings will reveal to you what is REALLY in the way of you achieving your goals.

    SESSION 4: 2.30 – 3.45pm
    WOMBan’s Hour - Deepening the Connection to our Feminine Power

    • The Power of Circle - Intention setting, sharing and reflection brought to you by Kylie Wilson from the Healing Heart.
    • Inconvenience or Superpower? – Living cyclically with our menstrual or moon cycles. By fertility and women’s health coach Maja Paterson.
    • Womb Reverence - Tuning into the portal of the womb, through movement and meditation with Kate Watkinson from Thrive in Light.
    • Time for Change – Honouring our WOMBanly transitions with awareness. Katie Oliver, Natural Beginnings.
    • Breathe Yourself Home – A nurturing breathing practice with Maria Cournane from Heart Breath Yoga.

    THE SOUL TENT:
    (outside, on floor seating, chairs available on request) Places are LIMITED to 8. Secure your place to these events with a donation $5-20 which includes ALL DAY PASS to the Healing room events (except the Home Fermentation and Peace Talk Tent workshops).

    Join Kylie Wilson from the Healing Heart to discover how your life and relationships will positively change with Menstrual Cycle Awareness so you feel empowered to live your best life.
    SESSION 3: 1 – 2pm

    Breathe Yourself Home
    Join Maria Cournane from Heart Breath Yoga - Uniting your own radiance, abundance & light with a simple & effective Breath & Mantra offering.
    SESSION 4: 2.30-3.30pm

    A Journey of Self Healing
    Japanese Reiki practitioners Julia Anderson and Stephanie Hunt from Amare-Reiki will gift you a nurturing healing experience through meditation, reiki and sound healing with beautiful bowls. You will leave feeling rested, relaxed and at ease.

    *if you have paid for the Home Fermentation or Peace Talks workshops you can still access the soul tent events for free but you must reserve your space at the checkout

    1-2pm – Thriving with Children: How to connect more deeply with the ‘small people’ in your life

    2.30- 3.30 – Thriving in Intimate Relationships: How to find peace with those we love the most

    These are ticketed events. $15 per workshop – ticket includes A DAY pass to other events (Except the Home Fermentation)
