Southern branch Spring Meeting
A posh high tea and lunch with the focus on wellbeing and care of us, the celebrant. The setting is the beautiful gardens of Lynne who is one of our executive Southern group, who is sharing her garden, and hosting our special day. Be warmly welcomed at 10am for morning tea and a catch up, before we commence at 10.30am.

Sharing of poems - please bring a favourite poem to read. (Could you please email to Edie Pont so she has them to send out to everyone)
Then we will be flying the kite that was generously given to the Southern Region as a gift at Conference. The Kite was part of the workshop Darcey took on Matariki. Lynne Greer will lead us through what she experienced from this amazing workshop.
Opportunity to walk through the Gardens.

High tea and lunch
1.30pm:
Simon will take us through an hour’s session where we will be participating in laughing yoga.
Special event notes:
Wear comfortable clothing with suitable shoes for a garden tour. Bring a yoga mat or blanket.
