This spring, gift yourself or a friend, an afternoon of deep exhale, creativity, and connection.

This is not about being “good” at art or knowing how to meditate, it’s about giving your nervous system a moment to soften, your mind a chance to quiet, and your heart space to open.

You’ll be gently guided through a simple, beautiful watercolour painting while being immersed in the soothing sounds of healing instruments.

As the layers of colour build on the page, the soundscape will support your body to unwind, regulate, and restore.

This is your permission slip to slow down.
To create without pressure.
To reconnect with yourself in a meaningful, nourishing way.

No experience needed. Just come as you are.

Spaces are limited to keep the experience intimate.
