Come on out to our beautiful wooded mountainside location to enjoy the unfolding of spring. This lovely wine pairing experience is custom catered to provide a unique culinary experience. Owner and winemaker, Jason Murray will guide you through this experience as he introduces you to all 5 of his newly release white wines as well as a regional favorite, Cabernet Franc. This 5 course pairing promises to offer a first hand glimpse into our wine making practices and how this influences wine style and profile. Savor how each of these wines pair with a variety of foods.

We will welcome you with a glass of spraking Pet Nat to enjoy with an Amuse Bouche (Pate a Choux Dough with Cheese and Chives)
followed by:
1st Course enjoy our Grüner Veltliner with Tortilla Española with Salsa Verde
2nd Course enjoy our Chenin Blanc with Forest Floor (mushrooms and green things)
3rd Course enjoy our Albariño & Roussanne with Faux Gras (vegetarian pate’)
4th Course enjoy our Cabernet Franc with Duck a couple of ways served with Cab Franc Cherry Sauce
5th Course enjoy our Dry Rosé with Strawberry Macaron
