Hi, I’m Renee James, owner of Phoenix Studio, and I’m celebrating my birthday month by welcoming a brand-new season at Phoenix with a special end-of-month celebration!

Whether you’re a studio member, part of our Spring Challenge, or simply keen to check out the Sunshine Coast’s hottest new movement hub, YOU'RE INVITED!

Here’s what we have lined up:

4:00 PM: Party Pilates
Kick things off with an energizing Party Pilates class led by the fabulous Sarah-Rose! Expect movement, music, good vibes and plenty of fun. ✨

5:00 PM: Cacao, Chai, Chill & Connect
Slow things down, grab a cup of cacao or chai, connect with the community and soak up the good energy. ☕️🤎

6:00 PM: Transformational Dance Workshop
Get ready to move, release and let loose with a transformational dance workshop led by Jackson Kubian.
7:30 PM onwards: Curry, Dancing & Good Times! 🎶
We’ll wrap up the evening with complimentary curry, followed by an open dance floor for anyone who wants to keep the party going and linger a little longer.

Both Sarah-Rose and Jackson are well-known favorites in the Sunshine Coast Pilates and dance scene, as well as Pranafest favorites — and they’re bringing their incredible energy to Phoenix Movement Studio this September!
