April 15 | Spring Pour

We begin Ways of Wine with a focus on freshness. This evening explores wine-making styles that preserve vibrancy and clarity through stainless steel fermentation, minimal oak, and early harvesting techniques.

Expect bright whites, lively rosés, and cool-climate selections paired with a four-course menu from Wilder inspired by the season. Spring Pour celebrates renewal in both vineyard and field.
