Welcome Spring Equinox feeling renewed! This special 2-hour experience will clear any stagnation from winter with movement, meditation and sound vibrations so you can begin the new season refreshed. Both the yoga practice and sound meditation are fully accessible to beginners and all!

Mishana Yoga's Mary DiMeglio and handpan artist Sean Youngman have been sharing sound journeys together for 5 years. Come experience their magical collaboration -- coming to Kismet's beautiful space in Chestnut Hill for the first time!

5:30pm: Arrival begins

Enjoy light refreshments and learn about Kismet co-working space!

6-7pm: All-Levels Yoga Flow

Transition into your evening with an all-levels yoga flow. Beginners and all bodies are welcome to get energy flowing, connect to your body, and calm your mind. The practice will prepare your body, mind and spirit to drop in deep to the sound journey!

7-8pm: Sound Journey

Find inner peace as we calm the mind and body with sacred sounds. Scientific research shows the frequency of sound waves lowers anxiety and blood pressure. This cellular massage invites you to drop into deep relaxation through tones, timbres, drones, and rhythms from live handpans, gongs, chimes, flutes, singing bowls, drums and more. It is an easy way to get out of your head and nourish your soul. Come discover a state of sweet surrender.
