14 day Spring Reset

A motivational, supportive, inspiring challenge to boost your energy this Spring. Let’s face it, it can be challenging to start and maintain habits that we know are good for our health & wellbeing. I cant tell you the amount of times I’ve got really excited about something, said ‘I’m going to do this every day’ and then stopped after a few days and given up and felt bad about myself. I can’t count the amount of times I’ve thought, I’m so unmotivated, I cant stick to anything, and ended up worse than when I started. Sound familiar?

This is a different kind of challenge. This isn’t about making absolute promises. This isn’t about feeling bad about yourself. This is about joining a community of people who also want to make changes in their life without putting a whole lot of unnecessary pressure on themselves. For people who care about the world but also want to have fun and not take life so seriously. This is the support group you’ve been looking for.

We will start with an opening ceremony at the studio on Friday night. This is a chance to meet everyone in the group and share any intentions or questions that are arising. You get an unlimited soul tribe membership for the 14 days. The challenge is to practice 5 times at the studio each week, so 10 studio practices in total. There’s a sticker board to keep us accountable. Then we have a closing ceremony on Friday 20th October to celebrate this wonderful achievement and move forward with grace and compassion.
