Join us for a 2 and half hour guided session of soul-deep restoration and connection, with three session times available:

⏰8:30am - 11:00am (8 WOMENS ONLY SPACES)

⏰10:00am - 12:30pm (8 MIXED SPACES)

⏰11:30am - 2:00pm (8 MIXED SPACES)
