Spring is awe inspiring--trees blossoming, flowers blooming, birds singing love songs. It is the perfect time to connect and re-connect with others. To connect with yourself.

Yoga will allow you to move in community as you connect with your inner being. Meditation will calm your spirit and open your consciousness. An engaging art workshop will awaken your creativity. And a healing Sound Bath will take you to a soothing, magical place.
