Join us for an immersive spring deep rest, reading and ritual day retreat in a magical location nestled in East Fremantle on Sunday 20 October 2024.

Spring is the season of unfurling and orienting towards the sun. A time to restore and replenish before the yang energy of summer. To receive quietude and soul nourishment by being in presence. Spring is nature’s way to renew and start again — and yours.

This is your permission slip to do nothing for a day.

Anyone can be busy; the challenge is to be well rested.

Learning to rest at a bone-deep level is one of the biggest gifts you can give yourself.

The day retreat begins at 10am and finishes at 4pm.

You are invited to extend the retreat into the evening at home with no plans and reading/reflection time, and your dinner is provided by us.
