"Since becoming a parent I find it hard to relax and centre myself, but your version of family yoga made it possible 🙂. Looking forward to next time!"
FREE COME & TRY SESSION - Family Yoga for Kinder Kids (Ages 3 - 5) @ Greensborough
Description
🧘 Come join us for a fun filled morning of yoga stories, songs and nature craft with your kinder kid as we welcome and celebrate Spring with a pollinator themed session.
📖 Family Yoga is a playful blend of storytelling movements and mindfulness activities, designed to engage the imagination of your child with the active participation and support of a parent or carer.
🎵 Through simple yoga poses, creative movements, engaging songs and storytelling, everyone will be encouraged to express themselves in this relaxed and play-based approach.
🧘♂️ Yoga poses, partner work and breathing exercises will help your child improve their self-confidence, focus, strength and flexibility as well as nurture their mind-body awareness.
🌬️ Practising yoga, mindfulness and relaxation together will help strengthen bonds between parent/carer and child, and model the importance of health and well-being.
💖 Bring your friends or make some new ones in a healthy and inclusive environment where all are welcome.

Testimonials
"The sessions are such a wonderful way to spend time with my three-year-old. The themes each week are really fun, and we especially love the moments in class where we perform the moves in pairs."
"It was wonderful to see my child so focused, enthusiastic, and eager to follow along....It was a thoughtfully planned and memorable experience, and we can't wait to attend another class."
It’s such a fun and engaging way to introduce children to yoga and meditation. Doing the poses together to achieve a particular shape—like the family tree poses was really creative and enjoyable.
