Welcome to our Spring Series opening event at Spinal Energetics HQ in Richmond. You will experience a profound group Spinal Energetics session accompanied by a live Sound Journey led by Jamie Patara, one of Australia's most renowned sound alchemists. This unique event marks the beginning of a rejuvenating series as we emerge from the darker, introspective winter months and embrace the vibrant, renewing energy of spring. Prepare to be guided on a journey of deep self-discovery, balance, and healing, as we harmonise our energies and open ourselves to the promise of new beginnings.

About Jamie Patara:

Jamie Patara, from Energy Alchemy, is a masterful sound alchemist celebrated for his ability to connect individuals with their higher selves and awaken their true potential. As a dedicated sound healer, breathwork facilitator, and holistic space holder, Jamie uses a diverse array of sound tools and instruments—including the hand pan, didgeridoo, native American flutes, and crystal harp/bowls—to create transformative soundscapes. His work is rooted in guiding participants back to their essence through the activation and exploration of sound, offering a pathway to reconnect with our inner selves and the wisdom we hold.

About Spinal Energetics:

Spinal Energetics, developed by Chiropractor and Counsellor Dr. Sarah Jane, is a holistic practice that integrates Eastern and Western philosophies to engage with the spine, nervous system, and energetic field. This modality recognises each individual as a complex interplay of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual energies. Through gentle yet impactful touch, movement, and sound, Spinal Energetics practitioners facilitate a natural flow of healing, helping individuals release stored tension and resistance. By fostering deep self-awareness and balance, Spinal Energetics supports each person in achieving their inherent state of well-being. Influenced by a range of practices including Network Spinal, Reiki, and shamanism, this approach collaborates with the body's own wisdom to promote holistic healing.
