There is nothing for you to do but surrender to the sounds and vibrations of crystal sound bowls and divine vibrations.

Chai tea is provided on arrival.

BYO mat & pillow (a blanket is always lovely to add on top of your mat) wear comfortable clothing.

Hi I'm Carla

I am a Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, Holistic Counsellor, lover of dance, learning, and helping others find their inner guidance.

My offerings are inclusive of a variety of tools to guide your unique self on your journey to healing and igniting your spark. These tools have been obtained over years of study, practice and implementation into my daily life.

My style of yoga teaching is based on my studies of Tantric yoga and formed through embodied sequencing, to assist students shift from their head down to their heart space.

In 2019 my healing journey with anxiety began. This is where my passion to help others the way I have been able to help myself has begun via holistic counselling modalities and the power of a regular yoga and meditation practice.
