10 am -Yoga Vinyasa Flow

11am - wood fired sauna / cold plunge / emotional freedom technique

12.30 pm Lunch - vegetarian lunch provided

1pm - essential oils workshop

2pm - 2.30pm Cacao ceremony to close day.
