Spring Wellness - Mini Retreat

Come join us for a beautiful morning of wellness, movement and connection, run by Marie Tamatea, Registered Naturopath and Registered Nurse.

Time to reset as we welcome in spring time,... fill your own cup and restore your energy and bring about balance.

Begin with a vinyasa yoga flow on the beach, followed by relaxation in a wood-fired sauna with the Sauna Project Papamoa

Enjoy an essential oil workshop where you’ll create a beautiful crystal roller blend personalised to your needs to take home.

Followed by warm cacao to ground and centre before we depart.

• Arrival 8am (please arrive 5-10 mins early)

We will meet on the beach to the left of the carpark - unless windy we will be up by the TePee under the trees.

Sauna is with Papamoa Sauna Project on the Beach
