Spring Women's Circle

Event description

Spring Women's Circle
at Hurstbridge Pilates & Yoga
with Lauren Daoulas

Welcome to a nourishing journey dedicated to deepening connection to self, others and the natural world.

Our Women's Circle is an invitation to meet likeminded women, and in the spirit of sisterhood share stories, wisdom and dreams. Together, we will create a sacred space for authentic expression and community support, forging bonds that strengthen our individual and collective wisdom.

The lens of the natural world will inform the themes, practices and rituals that will be explored throughout the evening. Spring signifies growth and emergence from the depths of Winter. Intentions will be set for the season ahead that support you to bloom as your authentic self.

If you are feeling the call to to explore your inner landscape, to receive the medicine of women and community, and to cultivate a deeper connection to yourself, nature and others, join us in circle.
