Join us to welcome Spring and celebrate new beginnings.

Spring signifies growth -- the time of year when our spirits brighten and we start to feel more energised and alive.

This circle is a 'soul recharge' session -- your opportunity to come home to your own awesomeness and set intentions for the season ahead.

We will connect with the rejuvenating energy of spring and our feminine energy, reflecting on anything we are ready to let go of or embrace - to move forward and bloom in this new season.

Join us in to deepen your sense of restoration and rejuvenation, tap into your inner wisdom and plant the seed of new beginnings.

Join a grounding guided yoga and meditation practice

OUR FACILITATORS: with support from Team Teal Facilitators, you will be guided through the circle activities.

You will join a transformative journey of self discovery and connection suitable for women from all walks and stages of life. Our circles provide a supportive environment where women hold space for each other. While our circle events provide an opportunity for inner work, they are not designed as as replacement for therapy or counselling.
