Laura is an experienced yoga and meditation teacher with qualifications in Yin, Restorative, Hatha, Pre & Post-natal yoga as well as Pilates. Laura primarily practices in and around the Dandenong Ranges and the outer-eastern suburbs of Melbourne, offering immersions and retreats both locally and internationally.

Laura came to the practice of yoga to assist her through many shifts and turning points in her life, including the metamorphosis of young adulthood, pregnancy, post-natal depression, parenting and simply navigating the demands of a modern-day existence.
Laura's belief is that the practice of yoga has the ability to bring us into alignment with our authentic purpose and our environment; enriching our interactions and connections with others, our world and enhancing our experience of shared humanity.

Yoga is a heart-centered practice and it is Laura's passion to share this with others, offering a holistic approach to yoga, moving beyond the physical practice of asana, to allow time on the mat to be a moving meditation; a true awareness and union of body, mind, breath and soul.

With her expertise in Raja, Yin, Restorative and Trauma-informed Yoga, all are welcome (beginners and advanced alike).
