Spring Yin + Sound scape ~ a mini retreat.

Escape with us for an afternoon designed centrally around you. An opportunity to invest in yourself, to reset your nervous system, to rejuvenate.

Join us in the beautiful Old Noarlunga Hall as Kristy of Nurture Yoga guides you through a 90 minute Yin Yoga practice. This slow, passive style of yoga is accessible to all, utilising time and breath to achieve freedom and space in the body.

You'll be treated throughout to live accompaniment by Hayley and Daniel of Clear Colours Collective. Playing a collection of instruments, their gentle sounds will wash over you, adding another layer to this sensory experience.

As your yoga practice concludes and your body is prepped for stillness, the sound scape continues for 30 minutes of extended rest. Nothing left to do but breathe, as vibrations from the instruments fill the hall and travel through the floor boards.

Prepare to gently re-enter your afternoon by sharing a cup of herbal tea together, sealing in all the goodness.

Give yourself permission to press pause and re-energise.

Provided:

Yoga blocks, bolsters, blankets + eye pillows will be provided for your complete comfort.

Please bring along:

-yoga mat
-additional blanket/s [if you want extras or if you prefer to use your own]
-a pillow for your head
-water bottle
-wear comfortable clothes and socks [for the ultimate relaxation experience!]
