What to Expect:
🌿 Yin Yoga with Ally Farquhar – A slow, meditative practice where poses are held for longer, using props to release tension and improve flexibility. Rooted in Chinese and Ayurvedic principles, it balances Yin and Yang energy.
🌙 Yoga Nidra with Michelle Sutherland – A deeply restful guided meditation, helping to reduce stress, improve sleep, and bring a sense of inner peace.
