Spring Yoga Retreat ~ Time to Energise
Description
Spring Yoga Retreat ~Time to Energise
On Saturday 31 October, join Laura and a small group of like-minded people for a day centred on movement, breath and building energy as the season turns.
Your Spring Yoga Retreat is about waking up your practice. As the days lengthen and the weather warms, we will use movement and breath to shift stagnant energy and bring more vitality into your body and your week.
The day will begin with an energising vinyasa class, building heat and strength through clear, dynamic movement. There will be plenty of options for modifications, making this retreat suitable whether you are newer to yoga or have an established practice. We will then enjoy a relaxed lunch of nourishing seasonal food.
After lunch, there will be some solo time to explore the Riverdell grounds, before we regroup for pranayama (yoga breathwork), with one or two energising practices you can take home and use whenever you need a lift.
The day will close with a grounding yin yoga class and guided meditation, followed by afternoon tea, so you leave feeling energised but settled, not wired.
This retreat will leave you feeling more alive in your body and clearer in your mind. You will feel energised, steady and more confident in how you move, breathe and practise.
You will take home simple tools you can return to again and again, helping you build a yoga practice with more energy and vitality in your everyday life.
Your nourishing day will include:
Herbal teas on arrival to sip as you meet other retreat participants.
An energising vinyasa class, helping you build heat, strength and vitality.
A delicious seasonal lunch.
Time to reflect on renewal and set your rhythm for the season ahead.
A grounding yin yoga class.
And afternoon tea.
