Come and connect, reflect, and celebrate with us as we wrap up our Mums & Bubs journey together 🌿

This special Picnic in the Park is an opportunity for Mums and Bubs from all Generation Yogi classes and locations to come together for a relaxed, unstructured social catch-up. A chance to slow down, chat, connect, and simply be — surrounded by community, fresh air, and familiar (and new!) faces.

Everyone is welcome — siblings, partners, and family too 💛

Let’s celebrate what has been a beautiful time together before we commence our final term of 2026.

Generation Yogi offers nurturing, community-based practices inspired by yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and Reiki, supporting individuals, mums, babies, children, and families through meaningful seasons of life.

Our spaces are intentionally welcoming and inclusive, designed to support connection, regulation, and a sense of belonging — whether you’re arriving on your own or with your family.

Mums & Bubs Yoga Playgroup provides a gentle, supportive space for mums and babies to bond, move, and connect. Sessions include time for community connection, playful moments with your baby, and gentle, targeted movement to support the body after birth, alongside simple wellbeing tools inspired by breathwork, mindfulness, and affirmation.

These sessions are held in collaboration with community partners who value the importance of early connection, maternal wellbeing, and accessible support for families.

Alongside our family-focused offerings, we also hold classes, workshops, and practices for individuals seeking grounded, accessible support for movement, mindfulness, and nervous system care.
