SPRING EQUINOX ONLINE RETREAT - Awaken - Emerge - Renew

The focus for this gathering is to celebrate and support ourselves and one another as we emerge from our winter dreaming to nurture, plant and tend our seeds of intention for the coming months.

Spring Equinox (Ostara) is the festival of balance and awakening, when day and night are of equal length and new growth appears all around. This is the time of fresh starts and new beginnings as well an opportunity to 'weed out' all that no longer serves us. Everything in nature is fertile, alive and awakening. Perhaps you are noticing a spring in your step also as you see and feel the magical evidence of Mother Earth's ability to regenerate herself . We shall explore the significance of the Equinox on the Wheel of the Year and the gifts that can arise from aligning with the natural cycles of the Earth.

As you consider joining us you may like to think like a gardener and ask yourself the following questions:

What seeds of intention for inner and outer action are growing inside you? and what compost do they need in order to bloom? Remember that it's often the challenges in our lives that can create the compost we need for new growth if we so choose.

Do you need to do some weeding so that you can truly flourish?

Our intention is to offer an afternoon of deep sharing, creativity, fun, connection and ritual. In order to make the most of our time together we will send out some ideas of how to prepare for the workshop once you register.
