Reflect, celebrate and relax under the dual energies of the Harvest Full Moon & Spring Equinox. Join Vivienne for an illuminating evening of self-acknowledgement and deeply restorative sound meditation.

What to expect:

We begin with a short discussion on the spiritual significance of both the Harvest Full Moon and Spring Equinox (occurring in the same week) before moving into a brief journalling practice designed to shape the intention of the sound meditation to follow. You'll be guided through a grounding practice, breathwork before sinking seamlessly into the sound meditation. I use a mixture of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, hanging chimes, koshi chimes, ocean drum, rain stick and the most impactful sound of all, intentional silence.

Please BYO mat, blanket and cushion/pillow for comfort and a journal & pen to note your reflections.

Mat & blanket hire available for $10 (must be pre-booked, limited availability).

Onsite parking available.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up. Doors close at 6pm sharp for a prompt start.

Palo santo and essential oils will be diffused through the room. If you have any sensitives please notify Vivienne prior to the night.
